We are dedicated to grow some of the most fascinating plants of this planet: the carnivorous pitcher plants of the genus Nepenthes. These plants attract, kill and digest insects and in rare cases even small animals like frogs, lizards, rats and birds. Forgot to mention: they also attract humans because of their outstanding beauty and sophisticated functionality. The sizes of the pitchers range from a few centimeters, to others capable of holding much more than 1 liter of fluid. Most tropical pitcher plants produce first basal rosettes, before they start vining up neighboring plants or even into the forest canopy. The largest carnivorous plants are within the genus Nepenthes.

Our "Pitcher Plant Farm" became a registered nursery in May 2009, at the same time we became the official Philippine distributor for Borneo Exotics, the largest pitcher plant nursery in the world. Aside from Nepenthes, we are also selling the North American pitcher plant Sarracenia and carnivorous plants like Sundew (Drosera), Venus Fly Trap (Dionea) and Butterworth (Pinguicula) and many ornamentals like Anthurium, Alocasia, Spathiphyllum, Gingers and Orchids among others.

We also have a 90 square-meter guest house and a 40 square-meter studio, which can be rented each on a daily, monthly, annual base or you can even retire in the serenity of our lush pitcher plants gardens! If you are traveling on a shoestring, but still wish to drop by over night, why not camp in our jungle surrounded garden? No tent? No problem, it can be provided. You will have a free concert by thousands of cicades, frogs, even some owls and most likely other creatures of the night (how about the biggest bat in the world?). Illumination is done by thousands of fireflies, stars and an (sometimes) unbelievably bright moon - adventure guaranteed!

If you are on the lookout for a scenic but quiet place in the heart of nature to convene or celebrate, you might have found one of the most unique places, not to speak of our relaxing and cool climate that allows you to forget about air conditioners and keeps you focused on your seminar (or wedding :-) ). We provide an 87 square-meter tree house on our most scenic slope for this purpose.

We are located in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon Province, Philippines, 90 minutes south of Cagayan de Oro on Mindanao island. Visits can be arranged by appointment only.
